German inside trading: June 2014

inside trading, June, 2014, who bought more?, who sold?

It is yet again the end of the month and the time to take a closer look at what insiders have been up to here in Germany. I directly got a set back when I saw how many pages of inside trading that has built up but I think in the end it will not be so many lets see!

PVA TePla - bought shares
Fuchs Petrolub SE - bought shares, analysis of Fuchs Petrolub.
Grenkeleasing AG - bought shares

CEWE Stiftung - bought shares
Value Management & Research AG - sold shares

Klassik Radio AG - sold shares
Linde AG - sold shares, analysis of Linde 2014.

Deutsche Telekom - bought shares, analysis of Deutsche Telekom 2014.

MTU Aero Engines - bought shares
KUKA - sold shares, analysis of KUKA.
Gagfah - sold shares, analysis of Gagfah.

BB Biotech - bought shares
Viscom - bought shares
Adler Modemärkte - bought shares
Zooplus AG - sold shares

Softing - bought shares
Turbon - sold shares, analysis of Turbon.

Conclusion: Extreme activity with MüRe and with Deutsche Bank (both of which I am a shareholder). Very high activity in Fuchs Petrolub, PVA and Stabilus. The reason for the high activity in Deutsche Bank is for sure due to the increase of stocks and that the insiders had to go through the same decision as me concerning buying or selling the pre-emptive rights and then buying the shares. With MüRe I really have no clue but all of them were buying like crazy so I am happy.
