The classical monthly report on the the German managers doings and what nots during the month of July is finally here! My direct guess is that vacation has hit Germany because the activity have decreased to a more pleasant level. The biggest worries during July was not Greece but it has been China and every company with exposure to China have seen their share price decrease. So if you have BMW as an example... did the managers sell off their shares during this rumble?
The direct answer to calm your nerves you BMW shareholder is no, of course the management did not sell their shares but they also did not increase.
The dealings were as follows:
Init innovation in traffic systems - sold shares
Delticom - bought shares
Symrise AG - bought shares
Capital Stage AG - bought shares
Delticom - bought shares
Symrise AG - bought shares
Capital Stage AG - bought shares
Medigene - bought shares
Eckert & Ziegler - sold shares
Geratherm - sold shares
Drägerwerk - bought shares
Francotyp-Postalia - bought shares
Rheinmetall - sold shares, analysis
of Rheinmetall 2014.
Adler - sold shares, analysed analysis of Adler Real Estate AG.
Pferdewetten - bought shares
7C Solarparken - sold shares
SNP Schneider-Neureither
& Partner - bought shares
MTU Aero Engines - bought shares
Conclusion: MüRe have had very high activity with buying and also Annington, Fraport, Hamborner REIT, Powerland had also high activity. It was interesting to see that few companies were pure sell options and then often it was only one deal or so and to the largest part it was a shopping trip for the managers. I like that the managers went shopping in two of my holdings BASF and MüRe.
MTU Aero Engines - bought shares
Heidelberg Druckmachinen - bought shares
