The swiftest mover of all the investors that I follow is David and here I will report what he has been up to during the second quarter of 2015.
There has been several new additions to his portfolio:
Applied Materials - An American semiconductor company.
Dillards - An American retail and fashion chain.
Hertz Global - An American car rental company.
Michael Kors - A British fashion designer that have shown excellent growth in the last couple of years.
Owens Ill - An American glass packaging producer.
Twenty-First Cent. Fox - A well-known American television network. Also owned by Berkshire since a couple of quarters.
UIL Holding - An American energy provider with around 730,000 customers for their gas and electricity.
For the previous report please visit Greenlight Capital: David Einhorn Q1 2015.
Conclusion: The activity was, as it often is, very high with seven new companies added and eight companies were kicked out from Greenlight Capital. I do not understand every company that he went into but these guys are sitting with so much more information compared to a small time investor like me.
