German inside trading: October 2015

Germany, insider trading, September, 2015

The month has been filled with mixed emotions in Europe. The shares prices have increased like crazy to the very next day fall like crazy again. Personally I have been buying like crazy during the month so the question is... what did the managers do?

Conclusion: Very little activity this month. I am amazed that the anyone with inside information in Röhn Klinikum still have shares to sell... Nice to see that the managers in the new spin-off from Bayer, Covestro, are buying shares. Powerland and Gerry Weber had high activity on the buying side and Syzygy and Röhn on the selling side. I like that the managers in K+S, DBAG and Gerry Weber were buying shares since all three companies belong to me. Personally I also increased my position in K+S during the month and I was tempted to increase also in DBAG but I did not in the end.
